*Settlement in Salazar court case

A settlement was reached today in the Salazar court case today on behalf of 300,00 individual Native Americans totaling $1.4 billion dollars. The settlement also will establish a $2 billion dollar fund for the voluntary buy back and consolidation of fractionated land and interests.

The U.S. Department of the Interior, President and Attorney General said "Our work is not over, in correcting the wrongs".
