The owners of Blue Chip Casino located in Indiana who are down by double digits in gaming revenue are being sued by the La Porte County Convention and Visitors Bureau because Blue Chip casino does not want to pay a tax meant to fund the neighboring county's tourism agency.

Blue Chip contends that they do not have to pay based on the recent court ruling from another Indiana casino that refused to fund tourism.
