Police have phone used in bomb threat!

Tribal police have recovered the prepaid cell phone used in the bomb threat to Soaring Eagle on December 16, 2009.  Tribal police have subpoenaed the records from the cell phone provider and the operators of the cell phone towers that the call was placed to see if the person used the phone to call other people.
